Auntie’s Original Chili Fry Bread Taco
We have received our monthly issue of Owens Valley Career Development center paper and read the article of your Frybread truck. We me and my girlfriend own “Bluemesaroasters” in Winslow,Arizona. We specailize in nothing but Navajo and Hopi food and some (1) hispanic dish, our Marinated and roasted chicken. But primaryly mutton and fry bread and the usual Navajo Tacos. We were wondering on getting help to expand. Considered California alot,but with the economy its so risky. So do you have any advice? We wnat to bring our tradditional food Navajo and Hopi with some possible Salt River indian food to the world.
